Covid- 19 Update

Dear Valued Guest,

During these unprecedented times, we are constantly following the latest news and guidelines provided by the local authorities to increase your safety during your stay with us. We, at Hotel Valentina would like to ensure that the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees are looked after more than before. In the past, you have praised us for our standards of cleanliness and our aim is to maintain them while introducing the new local Health Department guidelines. These include;

Enhanced hygiene and safety measures;
  • Increasing our Housekeeping shifts to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at all times
  • High-touch areas, elevator buttons and door handles are disinfected and cleaned with a higher frequency
  • Installation of hand sanitizers in all public spaces and all guest rooms
  • Conducting staff training on specific health and safety relating to COVID-19 including personal hygiene
  • Temperature reading at hotel entrance
  • Increased signage within the Hotel’s public areas to remind guests and visitors to observe social distancing, handwashing / hand-sanitising

Revised food & beverage offerings;
  • We have remodelled our breakfast service to maintain safety while keeping the same standards
  • We will provide a buffet service which is served behind a perspex shield by our trained staff so that customers do not come in contact with utensils and food
  • Due to the limited numbers of seating in our restaurant, guests will be asked to reserve their preferred time for breakfast service in order to limit the number of guests in the area at one time
  • We will replace our conventional menus with an online version accessed through a QR Code that will be made available in our bars
